Which KEEKS Interiors design service is best for me?

KEEKS Interiors offers the 3 following design packages for one flat fee per room:

KEEKS Quickie (Online E-Design) - starting at $299 Per Room

This package is an e-design service, meaning it is completely remote. This service is recommended for clients who may not need help with space and layout but are looking to finish off their space with things like accessories, art, lighting, curtains, pillows, etc. This service includes an ideas phase (email consultation), a design phase (custom design board), a personal shopping list, and designer instructions & tips. Once your project begins, Kia, your designer, will be in touch for an email consultation and begin working on a few ideas for your project. Based on these ideas and your feedback, your designer will start working on your design board. The design board is a 2D layout representation of the items in your space, so you can visualize how it will look when complete! The turnaround time for this layout is 3-5 business days following your feedback.

This service does not include a floorplan, layout suggestions, or space planning. If you need help with a furniture layout, I recommend going with the KEEKS Full service instead!

KEEKS Full (Online E-Design) - starting at $399 Per Room

This package is an e-design service, meaning it is completely remote. It includes an ideas phase (email consultation), a concept phase (custom moodboard & budget) design phase (custom design board), a personal shopping list, and designer instructions & tips. Once your project begins, Kia, your designer, will be in touch for an email consultation and begin working on a few ideas for your project. Based on these ideas your designer will create a custom moodboard with inspiration images to use as a starting point for your design. Based on this moodboard and your feedback, your designer will start working on your design board. The design board is a 2D layout representation of the items in your space, so you can visualize how it will look when complete! The turnaround time for this layout is 7-14 business days following your moodboard feedback. This service includes an optional floorplan. Please note, floorplans will require you to provide detailed dimensions at the start of your project.

KEEKS IRL (In-Person Design, NYC only) - starting at $699 Per Room

This package is an in-person design service. It includes an ideas phase (your choice of phone or email consultation), a concept phase (custom moodboard & budget), an in-person meeting (to measure your space and discuss ideas), a design phase (custom design board), a personal shopping list, and designer instructions & tips. Once your project begins, Kia, your designer, will be in touch for your consultation and begin working on a few ideas for your project. Based on these ideas your designer will create a custom moodboard with inspiration images to use as a starting point for your design. During your in-person meeting, your designer will measure and photograph your space, and discuss the moodboard. Based on your meeting feedback, your designer will start working on your design board. The design is a 2D layout representation of the items in your space, so you can visualize how it will look when complete! The turnaround time for this layout is 7-14 business days following your moodboard feedback and in-home meeting. This service includes a floorplan. A realistic 3D rendering is also available to add-on to any project, for an additional fee.

How long does a design service take?

This will vary from project to project, depending on your room size, design needs, how quickly you provide feedback, etc! A KEEKS Quickie service is estimated to take 1-2 weeks, KEEKS Full service is estimated to take 2-4 weeks, KEEKS IRL is estimated to take 2-6 weeks.

When will my project start?

KEEKS Interiors is a one-woman show! This means your project start date will vary from project to project, depending on the current project pipeline. Your designer will keep you updated with a realistic project start date in your intro email, once your service is purchased.

Do you offer refunds?

KEEKS Interiors does not offer refunds on products ( such as t-shirts) or services that are already in progress. KEEKS can offer a refund for projects that have not yet started - before your first email or phone consultation is complete. One-off refund exceptions may be made for emergency situations. I don’t live in NYC. Can I use a KEEKS Interiors service?

Yes! For clients outside of the NYC area, an e-design (KEEKS Quickie or Full) is required. Clients who reside in NJ or are located within NY state but outside of NYC may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. If your project is declined for location reasons, you will be issued a full refund.
